Baked Chicken and Spinach Stuffed Tomato Recipe

Baked Chicken and Spinach Stuffed Tomato Recipe Ingredients:
4 tomatoes with tops cut off and insides scooped out
1 package of frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 cups cooked boneless chicken
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
¼ cup onion, chopped
¼ cup flour
1 cup skim milk
4 slices Swiss cheese, cut up
Baked Chicken and Spinach Stuffed Tomato Recipe Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees
In a saucepan, add a ¼ cup water and cook the onion over medium heat until tender.
Combine bouillon, milk, and flour in a bowl and stir to smooth them pour into water and onion. Stirring constantly, cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add cheese while hot. Stir cheese into the sauce until melted.
In a bowl, add chicken, 1 cup sauce, and spinach. Mix well and stuff into hollowed tomatoes.
Place the stuffed tomatoes in a baking dish and add a ½ cup of water around tomatoes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
