What You Need
For this recipe you will need a few simple ingredients, which are:
- A carving knife( a carving knife looks like the letter V, it has 2 blades to form the V shape).
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sweet relish
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Put it All Together
The first thing you will do is cut the tomato: take your caring knife and go around the top of it with your carving knife. It will make an attractive design of up and down V’s. When you remove the top a good portion of the inside of the tomato will come out with it.
Put it to the side then scrape up the rest of the tomato that’s left and put it in a dish. Now you will need to learn how to make the tuna fish. Empty and drain the tuna from it’s can, then add it to the dish of tomato, followed by the mayonnaise and sweet relish. Mix it all together and add salt and pepper if you want to.
Once it is mixed take your tuna mixture and scoop it up and put it in the tomato. Place the tomato in the middle of dish that is layered with lettuce leaves.
