Cabbage Rolls
If you like cabbage you will most definitely will like these cabbage rolls. Here you will learn how to make cabbage rolls the easy and quick way. The dish calls for cooked cabbage leaves wrapped around seasoned and cooked turkey ground meat. Although this stuffed cabbage recipe is filled with ground meat from turkey, you can basically replace the filling with a wide variety of other stuffing that can include beef, lamb, chicken or even pork. It is just a matter of preference. For this recipe you will need the following.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lb ground turkey meat
1 medium cabbage
1/2 chopped green bell pepper
1/2 chopped red bell pepper
1/2 chopped yellow bell pepper
1/2 chopped orange bell pepper
1/2 chopped onion
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp Tony chacheres’ original creole seasoning
1 1/2 packet Sazon
1 tbsp Sazonador Total
3 cups mozzarella shredded cheese Sauce
2 jar classic tomato and basil sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp dried Orgeno
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
• Preheat oven to 350.
• In a medium saucepan add chopped onions and all peppers and cook for 3-5 min until onions are translucent.
• Add meat and all seasonings and cook thoroughly stirring occasionally.
• Boil whole cabbage 5-20 min peeling off layers as they soften and put to side to cool.
(For each layer peel and return to boil until all leaves can peel off easily).

FOR THE SAUCE:
• Pour Classico sauce in medium pot and add all seasoning and vinegar on medium low heat. Stir occasionally.
