Grilled Pineapple Chicken Breast Recipe

Grilled Pineapple Chicken Breast Recipe Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can of crushed pineapple
½ cup of chili sauce
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 ½ tbsp. brown sugar
Grilled Pineapple Chicken Breast Recipe Instructions:
This is one of those healthy chicken recipes that are pretty easy, so hang on, it won’t take long.
For the sauce, you just drain the pineapple, saving a ¼ cup of the juice. In a bowl, combine the pineapple, the juice, the chili sauce, brown sugar and mustard.
Brush the chicken breast lightly with olive oil and season with a little salt. Not much, remember, this is supposed to go with your healthy chicken recipes!
Now make sure the grates of the grill you’re going to cook the pineapple chicken on are clean and coated with oil to prevent the chicken breast from sticking to it. Get a medium heat, between 375 and 400 degrees, going up under that. When the temp is about medium, put your chicken breast on and start cooking.
Cook the chicken breast till that side gets a nice golden to it, about 10 to 15 minutes, but this depends on your heat. Then turn the chicken breast and do the same thing to that side.
Then turn the chicken breast again and spoon or brush your pineapple chicken sauce on and grill for about 5 to 10 more minutes.
If you prefer the sauce on both sides, then brush half the pineapple chicken sauce on, cook 5 minutes. Turn again and brush the remainder on the chicken breast and cook 5 more minutes or until the grilled pineapple chicken recipe is done.
