Grilled Chicken Dijon Recipe
Grilled chicken tonight! And it’s a bit of a twist from most grilled chicken breast recipes. I’m going to cook a chicken Dijon recipe on my gas grill. You don’t have to use gas though; a charcoal grill will work just as well.
Grilled Chicken Dijon Recipe Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken breast
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
½ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dried tarragon
¼ cup olive oil
4 tbsp. butter
¼ cup lemon juice
3 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp. white wine
Grilled Chicken Dijon Recipe Instructions:
In a zipper seal bag or shallow dish, mix the pepper, lemon juice, and oil. Add the chicken breast. Turn the chicken in the mixture to make sure it’s well coated and let it marinate 30 minutes. Turn occasionally.
While the chicken is marinating, mix the tarragon, vinegar, and white wine in a small saucepan that is not aluminum. Bring to a boil and cook until reduced to about 2 tablespoons. Reduce the heat and stir in the mustard and butter. Continue to stir until the butter is melted. Remove from heat, cover to keep warm.
Drain the chicken breast and grill over medium heat basting with the Dijon mustard sauce frequently, but only turn once until just cooked through.
Grilled chicken Dijon is a great taste that you and your family will love!
