Black Cherry Boneless Chicken Breast

Black Cherry Boneless Chicken Breast Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breast
2 cups canned black cherries
¼ cup raisins
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in ¼ cup cold water
Black Cherry Boneless Chicken Breast Instructions:
Heat oven to broil and broil chicken beast just until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from oven and place in a baking dish. Turn oven down to 350 degrees.
In a food processor, mix 1 cup of black cherries, garlic powder, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce and blend until pureed. Pour into a saucepan and add onion, cornstarch mixture, and raisins. While stirring occasionally, cook over medium-high heat until thickened.
Pour the clack cherry sauce over the boneless chicken breast, and then add the remaining black cherries on top of that. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
