Chicken Supreme

One of the most common meats that people have always enjoyed eating is chicken. While most people enjoy variations of chicken such as fried and barbecued, others also enjoy baked chicken, mainly as a healthier alternative.

Here is a quick and easy way to make baked chicken breasts for you and your family to enjoy, step by step.

*For this recipe, you will need a total of three chicken breasts. The size of the breasts themselves is your choice. You can either cut them in half or leave them whole. Boneless, skinless chicken is preferable to allow the meat to be better cooked.

*Bacon strips will also be needed to this recipe. You will need one strip of bacon per half chicken breast.

* 8 ounces of sour cream.

*1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Any brand (Campbell’s, etc.) will do.

*1/2 a can of milk. Use any type of milk (whole, 2%, skim, etc.) that you wish.

*Salt and pepper. This will be used for taste.

To begin making this delicious dish, preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Next, start by wrapping a strip of bacon around each chicken breast. Next, place the chicken into a shallow baking dish, ensuring that it is large enough for the three breasts. Next, mix together the sour cream, milk, and cream of mushroom soup. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure they are evenly coated. Once the oven has been fully preheated, place the dish in the oven, uncovered. Bake the chicken breasts for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. When finished cooking, remove the dish from the oven and allow some time to pass by for it to cool. If you chose not to do this before baking them, sprinkle some salt and pepper on the chicken breasts and allow it to sit while the chicken cools.
