Devilled chicken works great with chicken drumsticks or chicken thighs. The red wine vinegar and Dijon mustardDevilled Chicken Recipe gives it a unique flavor you will love! This fast and simple chicken recipe will make everybody happy.
Devilled Chicken Ingredients:

3 pounds of chicken drumsticks, chicken thighs, or a combination of both

1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

4 tablespoons butter, softened at room temperature

½ teaspoon plus ¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika

¾ cup bread crumbs
Devilled Chicken Instructions:

Season the chicken drumsticks or thighs with ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper. Add more pepper if desired.
Broil chicken 6 to 8 inches from heat for about 6 minutes per side or until skin is a golden brown.
Remove chicken from broiler and reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees.

 
In a bowl, mix ½ teaspoon salt, Dijon mustard, paprika, red wine vinegar, and butter.
Place chicken, skin side up, into a baking dish. Brush with the butter mixture.
Then sprinkle the bread crumbs over the chicken drumsticks.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the coating is browned and crisp, and chicken juices run clear.
Serve the Devilled Chicken with your choice of sides and enjoy!
