Tropical Fruit Chicken Wings Ingredients:
3 pounds chicken wings
1 can (15 ounces) tropical fruit salad, drained
2 cups chicken broth
4 teaspoons curry powder
½ teaspoon paprika
1 chopped onion
1 cup long grain rice
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Tropical Fruit Chicken Wings Instructions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, combine tropical fruit salad, onion, rice, chicken broth, and 2 teaspoons of the curry powder. Stir to mix well.
Add the chicken wings over the fruit and rice.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, remaining curry powder, and paprika. Brush over the chicken wings
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour or until chicken is done and liquid is absorbed by the rice.
Serve the tropical fruit chicken wings with a side of steamed broccoli in butter and enjoy!
