Teriyaki Chicken Casserole Recipe
Teriyaki chicken is a delicious favorite of many people. This chicken casserole recipes is easy to make and combines the flavors of teriyaki sauce and French fried onions to make a great tasting casserole.
Teriyaki Chicken Casserole Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked white rice
2 cups of cooked boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
2 cups of sliced bell pepper
1? cups French fried onions
1 jar (12 ounces) of chicken gravy
3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
Teriyaki Chicken Casserole Recipe Instructions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Coat a 2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Then place the cooked white rice into the baking dish. In a separate bowl mix ? cup of the French fried onions, the teriyaki sauce, bell peppers, chicken, and gravy.
Pour the teriyaki chicken mix over the rice.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining French fried onions over the top. Return to the oven and bake for 1 to 2 more minutes.
