Instructions for orange chicken:

Combine the beaten egg, orange juice concentrate, and soy sauce; mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs, paprika, and salt, and again, mix well.

Next, melt the butter or margarine in a oven pan. (For my oven recipes I usually use 13x9x2 baking pan)

Dip the chicken pieces in the orange – soy mixture; then coat well with bread crumbs. For this easy orange chicken recipe you’ll need to coat the chicken good so don’t be afraid to put cha hands on it and coat the chicken pieces real good with the crumbs!

Place the chicken with the skin side up and so the pieces don’t touch in the baking pan and sprinkle with any remaining crumb mixture.

Bake the orange chicken, uncovered, in a 375 degree oven for about 45 to 50 minutes or until tender. Don’t turn the orange chicken; just let it do its thing.

I hope you enjoy this easy orange chicken recipe as much as I do. It’s one of my favorite oven recipes and I’m glad I can share it with you.
