Green Grapes and Orange Chicken Ingredients:

2 to 3 pounds of boneless chicken breast

? cup of seedless green grapes, cut in halves

½ cup orange juice

½ teaspoon finely grated orange zest

1 tablespoon chopped scallions

1 ½ teaspoons granulated chicken bouillon

¾ teaspoon paprika

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved into 1 tablespoon chilled water
Green Grapes and Orange Chicken Instructions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and ¼ teaspoon of the paprika. Then place in a baking dish.
In a bowl, combine orange zest, orange juice, chicken bouillon, and scallions. Mix well then pour over the chicken.
Place in the oven and bake about 1 hour or until chicken is browned and tender. Remove chicken from baking dish and reserve ¾ cup of the juices left in the baking dish.
In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine reserved liquid, ½ teaspoon paprika, and dissolved cornstarch. Stir and bring to a boil. Continually stiring, cook until thickened and bubbly.
Add grapes to the sauce you just made and cook until hot.
Place orange chicken over some cooked wild rice and spoon the green grapes over chicken and rice.
Serve green grapes and orange chicken with your favorite vegetable and watch the happy faces grow from the great taste!
