Ok, it doesn’t have to be the Georgia peach. In fact it’s going to be canned peaches and where ever they were grown will be fine as long as you have the heavy peach syrup from them, this peach chicken is sure to please the taste pallet! And no, I’m not much of a poet.
Georgia Peach Chicken Ingredients:
4 to 6 boneless chicken breast

1 tablespoon onion, chopped finely

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 can (8.5 ounces) peach halves, drained but save the syrup

1 teaspoon adobo seasoning

¼ cup butter

Georgia Peach Chicken Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a saucepan, add peach syrup, butter, onion, soy sauce, and adobo seasoning.
Cook while stirring over medium heat until butter is melted. Remove from heat.

 
Arrange chicken in a baking dish or deep baking pan.
Pour peach syrup mixture over the boneless chicken breast.
Move chicken around in the mixture being sure to coat well.
Bake the boneless chicken 30 to 40 minutes, turning chicken and basting twice during the cooking.
Remove the peach chicken from the oven.
Arrange the peach halves between the chicken pieces. Baste and bake an additional 10 minutes.
