Fajita Chicken Pizza Recipe
Who doesn’t love fajita chicken? Or pizza for that matter. Combine the two to in a Fajita chicken pizza recipe and you’re going to make some taste buds happy! If you already have some leftover cooked chicken, then you’re good to go. If not, it doesn’t take long at all to throw some boneless chicken breast in a skillet to get that cooked chicken for the chicken pizza!
Fajita Chicken Pizza Recipe Ingredients:
? cup cooked chicken
? cup bell pepper, sliced thin
? tsp. of minced garlic
¼ tsp. chili powder
? tsp salt
1 tsp. olive oil
1 pre-baked pizza crust
¼ cup salsa
? cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Fajita Chicken Pizza Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a frying pan or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Then add the green pepper, chili powder, salt, and garlic. Cook 3 to 4 minutes until the bell pepper is crisp-tender.
Add the cooked chicken and heat through.
Spoon the fajita chicken and pepper mixture onto the pre-baked pizza crust.
Top with the salsa and Monterey Jack cheese.
Place the fajita chicken pizza on a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
