Have you been looking for some breakfast ideas for just a couple of people? Maybe even brunch ideas? This eggs Eggs Benedict Breakfastbenedict recipe will fit for both those ideas. The genius part is forming the toast into a cup using two oven safe custard cups or even muffin pan cups.

Eggs Benedict Breakfast Ingredients:

3 tablespoons of hollandaise sauce mix

2 tablespoons butter

1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 chopped green onion

¼ teaspoon of garlic powder

¼ teaspoon fresh basil, chopped

2 chopped slices of Canadian bacon

2 eggs, beaten

½ cup of water

2 slices of white bread

Eggs Benedict Breakfast (or brunch) Instructions:

Spray 2 cups of the muffin pan or 2 custard cups with nonstick baking spray and line the cups with the bread. Then in layers, add cheese, Canadian bacon, onion, garlic powder, and basil. Now pour the egg over that, dividing equally

and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and blend in the hollandaise sauce mix. Then gradually stir in the water and bring it to a boil. Stir it for 1 minute then remove it from the heat.
Carefully remove the bread, ham and eggs cups from the muffin pan and onto a serving plate. Careful now. You don’t want any busted up eggs benedict brunch. Top it with the hollandaise sauce and maybe a little parsley for added color. Serve it and enjoy it.
