Fruity Style Chicken Thigh Recipe

This one takes a bit more prep work but it’s still one of the easy chicken recipes, and it’s delicious!

Fruity Style Chicken Thigh Recipe Ingredients:

8 chicken thighs

1 egg, beaten

6 tablespoons butter

1 medium onion, chopped

¼ cup celery, chopped finely

⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup seasoned croutons

2 medium apples, chopped fine

¼ cup raisins

¼ cup chopped walnuts

1 teaspoons dried tarragon

Fruity Style Chicken Thigh Recipe Instructions:

Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a frying pan. Stir in the celery, onion, and garlic powder and cook until celery and onion are tender.

Remove from the heat and stir in apples, raisins, walnuts, eggs and croutons. Mix together well.

Pull the skin of the chicken thigh back, but not completely off to form a pocket. Now stuff the pocket with the mixture you just made.

In a small saucepan, add remaining butter and tarragon. Heat until butter is melted. And brush chicken with part of it.

Place the chicken on the top rack of the grill over medium high heat, cover and cook 45 minutes to one hour, or until juices run clear; basting the chicken thighs twice through the cooking time with the remaining butter and tarragon.

I hope you try and enjoy these easy chicken thigh recipes.
