Chicken Alfredo with Cheese Tortellini
Chicken alfredo is a favorite dish of many people. In this recipe we’re going to add another favorite to the chickenChicken Alfredo with Cheese Tortellini alfredo by throwing in cheese tortellini. Add some bacon strips and you have something special that tastes so terrific!!
Chicken Alfredo with Cheese Tortellini Ingredients:

2 boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes

2 cups frozen cheese tortellini

5 bacon strips, chopped

? teaspoon adobo seasoning

? cup sweet red pepper

3 teaspoons minced garlic

? cup onion, chopped fine

½ cup milk

? cup sour cream

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup frozen broccoli, chopped

1 can (10 ¾ ounce) cream of chicken condensed soup.
Chicken Alfredo with Cheese Tortellini Instructions:

Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions.
While the cheese tortellini is cooking; in a saucepan over medium heat, cook the boneless chicken breast, garlic, and adobo seasoning, stirring frequently until chicken isn’t pink anymore.
Add the onion and the red pepper and cook while stirring until tender.
In a bowl, mix milk, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, and soup. Stir this into the boneless chicken breast, onion, and peppers.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 to 7 minutes.
Drain the cheese tortellini and add to the chicken in the sauce pan. Stir in the broccoli and cook until heated through.
