Broccoli-Chicken Casserole

This Broccoli Chicken casserole is a dish that the entire family can enjoy even those families with picky eaters. Chicken contains the protein that is needed and the broccoli will provide the family with a serving of vegetables.

To make Chicken- Broccoli Casserole a person is going to need the following ingredients

2 packages of frozen broccoli
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup of milk
2 cup of diced and cooked chicken
½ cup of mayonnaise
½ cup grated cheese (of choice)
15 Ritz crackers , crumbled

This Broccoli Chicken casserole is easy to make. The first thing to do is to coat a rectangular pan that is safe to put into the over. This pan should be coated with non stick cooking spray. At this point the oven should be preheated to 350 degrees. The broccoli should be cooked according to the directions on the package. It should then be drained. Put the broccoli and the chicken into the prepared pan. Heat the soup and the mayonnaise until they are warm and well combined. Add the milk slowly to give the mixture a thicker consistency. Add this mixture to the pan with the chicken and the broccoli. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top. After the cheese is on sprinkle on the cracker crumbs. Bake the Broccoli- Chicken Casserole for 30-40 minutes or until the top is bubbly and a golden brown color. This Broccoli Chicken Casserole should be served warm.
