Apple Salad Chicken Wraps
Apple Salad Chicken Wraps Ingredients:
½ pound chicken tenderloins cut into ½ inch pieces
¼ cup apple juice
1 cup diced tart apples
1 ½ teaspoons curry powder, divided
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup raisins
2 flour tortillas
2 lettuce leaves
Apple Salad Chicken Wraps Instructions:
In a large resealable bag, mix 1 teaspoon of the curry powder and salt. Working with just a few pieces at a time, add chicken tenderloins and shake to coat until all the chicken is coated.
Heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook chicken tenderloins until no longer pink. Let cool slightly.
Combine sour cream, apple juice, mayonnaise, cinnamon, remaining curry, and chicken tenderloins in a food processor. Cover and process until blended. Stir in tart apples and raisins.
Now just spread over the flour tortillas and add the lettuce on top. Then roll up your apple salad chicken wraps. Enjoy!
